These beans are soft and sweet. We roast this bean with a mellow and steady approach. They allow for a wide range of roasts without ever having to push them very hard. At Low Temp roasts, golden raisin and grape notes appear right away, then they peel back to reveal sweet nougat, with a soft finish. At Higher Temps the chocolate, nutty notes prevail, with an ending that is bold and sweet.
