At Low Temp roasts, the butterscotch sweetness arrives first with its creamy body, followed by a hint of vanilla extract, finishing delicately with apricot, peach and/or plum. At High Temps the flavors simplify as the sweet and buttery notes deepen to rich, smooth drinking chocolate.
