We have never seen a Sumatran coffee quite like this one. Raw, it is super dark green, almost purple. It is full of vibrant flavors. Roasted at Low Temps, lemon-lime citrus and white grape flavors appear. At High Temp roasts, the tart flavors drop away leaving heavy tones to dominate the cup, while still holding on to that classic Sumatran funkiness.
